WINEMAKING

Made from old vine, hand-picked Semillon from the Southern Barossa, these grapes were left on the vine well into the late harvest period, allowing them to naturally concentrate their sugars and flavors. A slow crushing process nurtured the fruit with utmost care and the wine has been meticulously fined to perfection. It will cellar well and become more complex over time, bottled in a half-size to maintain freshness and allow for aging.
