Trent and Amelia's Great Grandfather Percival was an entrepreneur of his time. He started the first family winery during the depression, which along with some of his vineyards, still stands proudly today. A well-known writer and poet, his hardworking nature and perseverance continue to inspire them. Cheers Percy, this one’s for you.

TASTING NOTES

Deep red with very vibrant purple hues. Multi-layered aroma of sweet raspberry coulis, chocolate truffles and toasty oak. A bold and rich palate featuring raspberry and chocolate, the fruit-forward palate is matched by its bold tannin structure.

Pair with dukkha-crusted lamb backstrap served with charred broccolini, roasted vine cherry tomatoes and a cumin-spiced yogurt and lemon dressing.
